摘要
采用等量接种法和杯碟法,测定了平菇、香菇、滑菇、木耳、金针菇、灵芝和榆耳对多菌灵、福美双和克霉灵的敏感度,以及这3种抗霉药物对青霉、木霉、根霉、链孢霉、霉菌M3和细菌B的抑菌能力。结果表明:对不同的食用菌和不同的霉菌使用药物不尽相同。从敏感度和抑菌能力综合效果看,对于大多数食用菌和主要霉菌,应首选多菌灵和克霉灵,而对于根霉和细菌应首选福关双,3种药物使用时的有效体积分数为0.07%~0.10%。
Based on the preliminary study on the subject, we have determined the sensitivity of Pleurotus ostreatus , Lentinus edodes , Pholiota nameko , auricularfa auricula , Flarnrnulina velutipes ,Ganoderma lucidurn and Gloeostereum incanatum to Carbendazim, Thiram and Kemeiling as well as antibacterial capacity of three types of anti-mycophenolate to Penicillium, Trichoderma viride ,Rhizopus nigrican, Neurospora sitophila, mycetes M3 and a bacterial using the equivalent inoculation method and plates method. The results indicated that, the selection of drugs for different edible fungi and different mycetes should be treated differently. Condisering the results combined woth sensitivity and antibacterial ability together, Carbendazim and Kemeiling is preferred for most edible fungi and major mycetes, while Thiram is incilined to control Rhizopus and bacteria. The effective concentration of the three drugs should be 0. 07%-0.1%.
