摘要
以三色堇幼苗的茎为材料,研究了不同浓度NaCl胁迫对三色堇过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性及细胞质膜透性的影响。结果表明:随着NaCl胁迫浓度的升高,细胞质膜透性呈逐渐上升趋势;CAT活性呈先下降后上升的趋势;POD活性呈下降-上升-下降的趋势。当NaCl浓度为250 mmol/L时,植株全部萎蔫,此浓度为三色堇的致死浓度。
The seedlings of Viola tricolor with 5--6 euphylla were subjected to different concentrations of NaCI. The stems from the seedling treated with NaCl were used as material to examine the variation trendency of CAT,POD and membrane permeability of the stem under different concentrations of NaCl. With the increase of NaCl concentration, the CAT activity firstly decreased and then increased, POD activity appeared decreasek-increase-decrease trendency, and the membrane permeability was increased when the NaC1 concentration was 250 mmol/L,the plant wilted completely,therefore,250 mmol/L NaCl was the lethal concentration for stems of Viola tricolor.
