On April 8, the 2010 China CFO spring summit forum & the 2009 China outstanding CFO awarding banquet were held by CFO World magazine in Beijing. The theme of the forum and the awarding banquet is about 'value creation in post-crisis era', the topics closely related to CFOs were discussed heatedly at the forum, which include financial strategy 、capital strategy 、 M&A strategy and value integration.
