摘要 用单体燃烧试验法(SBI)、氧指数、氧弹热值法和烟气毒性动物试验法研究XPS挤塑板、聚氨酯、橡塑海绵3类保温材料的燃烧性能以及材料的产烟毒性,试验样品尺寸相同。橡塑海绵氧指数最高,为33.8,阻燃性能最好。聚氨酯烟气毒害危险性大,热释放速率和热释放总量最大,发生轰然的几率大。挤塑板热释放速率峰值出现较晚。 The combustion performances and the smoke toxic of three kinds of thermal insulation materials as XPS insulation boards, polyurethane and rube-plastic sponge were studied by Single Burning Item Test(SBI), Oxygen Index, Oxygen Bomb Combustion Heat and animal Smoke Toxic Hazard Test. The 3 samples had same size. The rube-plastic sponge has the highest LOL of 33.8, so it performed best in fire retardance. The toxic danger of polyurethane was bigger than the others and the poly- urethane had the biggest heat release and heat release rate. The polyurethane is easier to have flashover than the other two. It takes more time for insulation boards to get its fastest heat release.
