摘要 为了探讨大豆磷脂对老龄大鼠学习记忆及抗氧化能力的影响,将30只SD老龄大鼠按体质量随机分成3组,实验组按每天0.5,1.0 g/kg的剂量灌胃给予大豆磷脂,对照组用生理盐水灌胃.灌胃第30天测其学习、记忆能力;第45天将老龄大鼠处死,取心、肝、脾、肾、海马、骨骼肌、睾丸等组织分别测定丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性.结果表明:与对照组比较,实验组老龄大鼠在新异环境中较安逸,学习与记忆能力显著增强(P<0.05);各组织内MDA含量均明显减少,SOD活性明显增强,CAT活性也有明显的提高(P<0.05).结果提示大豆磷脂有增强记忆和延缓衰老的作用. In order to explore the effect of soybean phospholipids on learning,memory and antioxygen capacity in aged rats,30 SD aged rats were divided into three groups,the rats in experimental groups were fed with 0.5,1.0 g/kg dose of soybean phospholipids by means of intragastric administration everyday respectively,while the control rats were fed with continuous normal saline followed the same way.The learning and the memory abilities were tested on the 30th day,then aged rats were killed on the 45th day,and contents of malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) activity in heart,liver,spleen,kidney,hippocampus,skeletal muscle,testicle were determined.The results showed that compared with the control group,the aged rats in experimental group showed more comfortable in new environment,learning and memory ability were significantly enhanced(P0.05);the content of MDA were significantly reduced,SOD and CAT activity were significantly increased in tissues(P0.05).The results suggested that soybean lecithin had effects on enhancing memory and delaying senility.
