摘要
从污泥中分离纯化,筛选得到一株高产聚-β-羟基丁酸的菌株,标号为Bm-10,针对不同碳氮源对Bm-10产聚-β-羟基丁酸的影响进行了研究,结果表明最适碳氮源分别为葡萄糖和牛肉膏.菌株Bm-10经形态、生理生化和16S rDNA基因序列鉴定,确定为巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium).
A high-yield poly-β-hydroxybutyrate strain Bm-10 was screened from sludge.The effects on poly-β-hydroxybutyrate yielding with different carbon and nitrogen sources were studied.The results showed,the optimal carbon source was glucose,and the best nitrogen source was beef paste.Strain Bm-10 was identified as Bacillus megaterium by morphological observation,physiological and biochemical test,and 16S rDNA sequence analysis.
