湖南省怀化市通道侗族自治县是古时靖州辖地,性格鲜明、动作古朴的侗族芦笙舞在这里流传至今,仍是当地侗族人民生活的重要部分。2009年10月28日在通道县城举行的侗族芦笙文化艺术节,将现代化舞台表演与传统侗族村寨芦笙队表演呈现在同一个时间、空间,展现出古老的侗族芦笙舞在日益变化发展的时代背景下,伴随着社会功能、艺术形式、文化内涵等方面的变化,生发出众多新的意义和价值。

Tongdao Dong Autonomous County in Hunan Province is the ancient jurisdiction in Jingzhou.The distinctive character,action,ancient Dong Lusheng dance spread here so far is still the important part of the local Dong people＇s lives.October 28,2009,the Tongdao county held a Dong Lusheng Culture and Art Festival.This Dong Lusheng festival will be a modern stage performances and traditional Dong village Lusheng team performances presented at the same time and space,show the ancient Dong Lusheng dance in a changing context of development of the times,along with the social function of art forms,cultural connotations changes in the areas of Health issued a number of new meaning and value.
