科研活动的本质是求真与创新,要求是诚信。诚信是基础,求真创新是动力。改革现行的学术评价机制,加大对学术腐败的处罚力度,是杜绝学术欺诈行为的关键。
The essence of scientific researches is try for truth and innovation,honesty is the basic quality,find truth and innovation is the energy.To reform the evaluate system of scientific researches,to ban plagiarize and deceive action with law,these are key factor to keep academia clean.
