摘要
目的调查分析大学生参与戏剧活动与幸福感指数及应付方式之间的关系。方法以杭州师范大学的240位大学生为调查对象,用自编的一般资料、幸福感指数问卷、应付方式问卷作为调查工具。结果喜欢戏剧组的大学生幸福感明显高于不喜欢戏剧组的大学生(P<0.05);参加过戏剧表演组的大学生使用"求助"应付方式明显高于从未参加过戏剧表演组的大学生(P<0.05),而喜欢戏剧组的大学生使用"幻想"应付方式明显低于不喜欢戏剧组的大学生(P<0.05)。结论在高校开展戏剧教育可提高大学生的幸福感水平,戏剧教育是能使学生更多使用成熟应付方式的有效途径,是提高大学生身心健康水平的有效载体。
Objective To analyze the relationship between drama activities and well-being index and coping styles in university students. Methods 240 undergraduate students in Hangzhou Normal University were questioned using the Index of Well-being,Coping Style Scale and self-designed demographic questionnaire. Results Students enjoying drama were significantly higher sense of well-being than those who did not(P0.05);Students joining in drama performance program were significantly more times of "seeking help" than those who have never joined in(P0.05);Students enjoying the drama performance program were significantly less of using "illusion" coping style than those who have never enjoyed(P0.05). Conclusion Promoting the drama education in the universities may increase the level of well-being of students.Drama education is an effective way for university students to use more matured coping styles and an effective carrier for the students to increase the level of their physical and mental health.
