儿童自闭症(Childhood Autism)是一种儿童广泛发育障碍性疾病,目前尚无有效药物治疗,早期干预是康复的关键,而早期识别确诊是进行早期康复训练的前提。提高整个社会对自闭症儿童的认识,发挥社区及社区护士在自闭症儿童早期诊断干预中的作用,是目前亟待开展的工作。

Childhood autism is a kind of pervasive developmental disorders of children. There is no effective medical treatment at present and early intervention is the only way to recovery. And the early identification and diagnosis is the prerequisite for rehabilitation training. It is an urgent work to improve people＇s understanding of the autistic children and to make the community and community nurses play an important role in the early diagnosis and intervention of childhood autism.
