摘要
自我决定论是阐述环境影响个体基本心理需要满足水平,从而产生自主-受控动机,最终影响行为质量和健康的动机认知理论。文章概括了自我决定论主要研究内容,指出基本心理需要是联系个体和环境的中介,内在目标与基本心理需要满足相互促进,使个体产生自主动机,从而形成积极行为和健康;心智觉知调节着这个过程,高的心智觉知水平促进形成积极行为与健康。
Self-Determination-Theory （SDT） elaborates how environment influences the satisfaction of basic psychological needs and autonomous-controlled motivation, and eventually affects one＇s performance and well-being. The paper summarizes the main contents of SDT, which indicates that basic psychological needs are media factors between the environment and people. And basic psychological needs positively interact with intrinsic goal to produce autonomous- controlled motivation and facilitate active performance and well-being. Mindfulness regulates this process and higher level of mindfulness enhances positive performance and well-being.
