摘要
目的:观察抗感染退热胶囊的药效学作用。方法:采用伤寒、副伤寒疫菌致家兔发热;啤酒酵母致大鼠发热;流感病毒致小鼠感染;流行性出血热病毒致小鼠感染的模型。结果:抗感染退热胶囊能明显降低伤寒、副伤寒疫菌所致发热家兔的体温和啤酒酵母所致发热大鼠的体温。对流感病毒和流行性出血热病毒所致死亡有一定的保护作用,并能抑制流感病毒所致肺病变的发展。结论:抗感染退热胶囊具有一定的抗病毒作用,并有显著的降热作用。
[Abstract] Objective: To observe the pharmacodynamic effects of Anti-infection antffebrile capsule. Methods: Using typhoid Phytophthora bacteria and paratyphoid phytophthora bacteria to lead to rabbits fever; beer yeast to rats; Influenza virus and epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus to mice. Results: Anti-infective fever capsules could significantly reduce the temperature of sick rats body caused by typhoid phytophthora bacteria and paratyphoid phytophthora bacteria and beer yeast. It also could be used to defend some diseases caused by Influenza virus and EHFV, and to inhibit the development of lung disease induced by Influenza virus. Conclusion: Anti-infection antffebrile capsule has certain antiviral action, and can be used to significantly reduce fever.
