摘要
针对冷却塔运行过程中冷却性能经常达不到设计值的问题,分析了冷端参数变化对冷却塔出塔水温的影响,以及出塔水温变化对整个机组经济性的影响,揭示了造成冷却塔冷却性能下降的主要原因,并提出了解决措施。为日后的运行维护工作提供了理论基础。
To solve the problem that the cooling tower' s performance usually carl' t reach the design value during the operation, the paper analyzed the influence of cool-end parameters changing upon the cooling tower' s water temperature, and the impact of unit economics when the temperature changed. It showed the main reason of the cooling performance degradation and proposed solutions. This provided the theoretical basis for the future operation and maintenance.
