丹参川芎嗪注射液对不稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

The Clinical Observation of Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection into Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的观察丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果及安全性。方法将50例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予常规治疗方法,治疗组在此基础上加用注射用丹参川芎嗪注射液静滴。结果治疗组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为92%和64%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组心电图总有效率分别为92%和60%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。未见明显药物副反应。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效好,副反应少。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection on treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods 50 cases with unstable angina pectoris were divided randomly into treatment group and control group.Two groups were given regular drugs,but the treatment group was added intravenously Danshen Chuanxiortgqin injection.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（88% VS 68%,P〈0.01）.The total effective rate of electrocardiogram of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（80% VS 60%,P〈0.05）.Conclusions Danshen Chuartxiongqin injection is effective in treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris and has few side effects.
