Y型钢板内固定治疗SandersⅡ～Ⅲ型跟骨骨折34例

The 34 Cases of Sanders Ⅱ～Ⅲ Type Calcaneus Fracture Fixed with Y-plate

目的探讨SandersⅡ～Ⅲ型跟骨骨折切开复位Y型钢板内固定的疗效。方法自2006年1月-2008年5月,我科收治的34例SandersⅡ～Ⅲ型跟骨骨折采用Y型钢板内固定治疗。结果34例均得到随访,按足部功能恢复情况分为优、良、差3级,其中优19例（55.9%）,良13例（38.2%）,差2例（5.9%）;按Maryland评分标准,优20例（58.8%）,良11例（32.4%）,可2例（5.9%）,差1例（2.9%）,优良率为91.2%。结论切开复位Y型钢板内固定治疗SandersⅡ～Ⅲ型跟骨骨折,可获得满意的临床效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Sanders Ⅱ～Ⅲ type calcaneus fracture fixation with Y-plate.Methods From January 2006 to May 2009,34 patients were verified as Sanders Ⅱ～Ⅲ type calcaneus fracture and fixed with Y-plate.ResultsAll of them had a follow-up of 15 to 36 months,results were divided into three levels,according to functional recovery： excellent in 19 cases（55.9%）,good in 13 cases（38.2%）,poor in 2 cases（5.9%）.According to Maryland standard,the results were excellent in 20 cases（58.8%）,good in 11 cases（32.4%）,fair in 2 cases（5.9%） and poor in 1 case（2.9%） and the excellent and good rate was 91.2%.Conclusions Y-plate fixation of Sanders Ⅱ～Ⅲ type calcaneus fractures can have a good clinical effect and it is worth being popularized.
