摘要
运用文献资料、实验、统计分析等方法,以南阳师范学院公共体育选修课180名大二学生为研究对象,对其进行健康体适能健美操教学改革实验研究。结果表明,为健康体适能健美操教学所设计的教学方案,对提高大学生心肺功能、肌肉力量和柔韧性等有积极影响,适用于普通高校大学生的健美操教学,能全面提高大学生的健康体适能水平。
Thyough the approaches of documentary, exepriment, mathematic statistics, This paper takes 180 sophomores of public P. E from Nan Yang Teachers' college as the research object for health related physical fitness in aerobics exercise. Each index before and after exercise was tested. The result shows that the health related physical fitness in aerobics exercise has positive influence on inproving student' s card iorespiratory function, muscle strengh and flexibility, we prepared for the education of health related physical fitness maybe useful for students in university orcollege. It has significant effect on improving health related physical fitness in aerobics exercise.
