卵巢透明细胞腺癌的临床及病理鉴别诊断

Clinical and Pathological Differential Diagnosis of Ovarian Clear Cell Adenocarcinoma

目的探讨临床及病理对卵巢透明细胞腺癌与其他肿瘤的的诊断及其鉴别诊断。方法应用免疫组化的方法,采用不同的抗体标记5例卵巢透明细胞腺癌,观察其表达,探讨与其他肿瘤的鉴别诊断。结果 5例卵巢透明细胞腺癌的大体和镜下形态不完全相同,抗体CK、EMA、LeuM1、B72.3呈弥漫强阳性,阳性部位主要位于细胞浆,CA125、CEA部分或局灶阳性;而WT-1、HCG、AFP、D2-40、CD30、TG均为阴性。结论卵巢透明细胞腺癌的诊断必须结合临床与病理综合判定。

Objective To explore the clinical and pathological diagnosis between ovarian clear cell adenocarcinoma and other tumors. Methods Immunohistochemical method was employed to label 5 cases of ovarian clear cell adenocarcinoma with different antibody. Then, the differential diagnosis between ovarian clear cell adenocarcinoma and other tumors was observed and discussed. Results The gross and microscopical morphology of all 5 case of ovarian clear cell adenocarcinoma were not identical： all cases showed diffuse and strong staining for CK, EMA, LeuM 1, B72.3; the staining was mainly located in the cytoplasma while local positive for CA 125, CEA, but all tumor cells were negative for WT-1, HCG, AFP, D2-40, CD30, TG. Conclusions The diagnosis of ovarian clear cell carcinoma must be associated with clinical and pathological analysis for comprehensive diagnosis.
