双极半髋置换治疗高龄不稳定型股骨转子间骨折30例疗效分析

Analysis of the Therapeutic Efficacy of Unstable Intertrochanteric Femoral Fracture with Bipolar Hemiarthroplasty in the Elderly

目的探讨双极半髋置换在高龄患者不稳定型股骨转子间骨折治疗中的疗效。方法对本院2004年1月～2009年6月收治的30例高龄不稳定型股骨转子间骨折患者进行双极半髋置换术,对手术时间、术中出血量、术后下地时间、治疗效果、并发症发生率进行观察。结果本组30例患者27例获得随访,术后患者优良率达86%。结论双极半髋置换治疗高龄患者不稳定型股骨转子间骨折,在近期疗效上固定牢固,能早期下床活动,方法可行有效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacies of bipolar hemiarthroplasty in treatment of comminuted intertrochanteric femoral fracture in the elderly. Methods Thirty patients with unstable intertrochanteric femoral fractures and severe osteoporosis were treated with bipolar hemiarthroplasty. The time of operation, the blood loss during operation, the time of lying in the bed after operation, the therapeutic efficacies and the complications were retrospectively analyzed. Results The time of follow up was 4 to 60 months in 27 patients. The excellent rate was 86%. Conclusions The fixation of bone cement bipolar hemiarthroplasty for treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric femoral fracture and osteoporosis is stable in the short time and the patients can get earlier recovery.
