腔镜下异位妊娠手术94例临床效果观察

Observation of Clinical Effect on Laparoscopy Surgery Used in 94 Cases of Extra Uterine Pregnancy Patients

目的探讨腹腔镜手术应用于异位妊娠的临床效果。方法从2008年1月至2009年5月到我院就诊的94例异位妊娠患者被随机分为实验组(n=49)和对照组(n=45),实验组给予腹腔镜手术方案,对照组给予开腹手术方案。结果两组在术后病率、术后住院时间、术中出血、手术时间和术后排气时间方面有显著性差异(P<0.05)。实验组显著优于对照组。结论腹腔镜手术应用于异位妊娠患者,能保证手术效果,减少并发症,改善患者术后生活质量,值得在临床上应用和推广。

Objective To explore the curative effect of laparoscopy surgery used in extra uterine pregnancy.Methods 94 cases of patients with extra uterine pregnancy were randomly divided into experimental group(n=49)and control group(n=45)from January 2008 to July 2009 in our hospital for treatment.The experimental group were given laparoscopy surgery therapy,and the control group were given abdominal surgery therapy.Results The bleeding during surgery,hospital time,complications,surgery time and gas elimination after surgery in the two groups showed significant difference(p<0.05),the clinical effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion Laparoscopy surgery used in extra uterine pregnancy patients can ensure the surgery effect,reduce the complications and improve the postoperative life quality,which deserves clinical application.
