市售不同产地的丹参中丹参酮Ⅱ_A的含量比较

Determination of Tanshinone Ⅱ_A in Various Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bunge in Current Market

目的采用高效液相色谱法测定市售不同产地的丹参药材中丹参酮IIA的含量。方法高效液相色谱法,WaterC18(4.6mm×250mm,5.0μm)Column,流动相:甲醇-水(75∶25),检测波长:270nm,流速:1.0mL·min-1。结果丹参酮IIA在(0.001～0.02)mg·mL-1范围内有良好的线性关系,γ=0.9996(n=5)。丹参饮片中丹参酮IIA的含量普遍偏低,四川丹参药材中丹参酮IIA的含量较高。结论考察分析丹参饮片中丹参酮IIA的含量,可为临床使用丹参饮片提供依据。

Objective To investigate the content variety oftanshinone ⅡA in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge in current market. Methods A HPLC method was applied to measure the contents of tanshinone IIA in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge. Results In general,the content of tanshinone ⅡA in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge is comparatively low. The contents of tanshinone ⅡA in crude drug of Danshen from Sichuan is the higest. Conclusion This paper measures and analyzes the content of tanshinone ⅡA in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge, which will provide a reference for clinical use of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge.
