摘要 溶菌酶又称胞壁质酶或N-乙酰胞质聚糖水解酶,其广泛分布于自然界各种生物体内,是一种无毒、无害、安全性很高的蛋白酶,被广泛应用于食品、饲料、医药等行业。本文重点介绍其在医药方面的应用,主要介绍溶菌酶如何通过去除晚期糖基化终产物来达到治疗糖尿病并发症效果的研究进展。 Lysozyme, also known as muramidase or N-acetylmuramide glycanohydrlase, is a non-poisonous and innocuous protease, which is widely distributed in all living organisms in nature, and is widely used in food, forage, medicine and other industries. This article focuses on the application of lysozyme in medicine, which mainly describes the research advances on lysozyme by way of removal of advanced glycation end products to achieve the effect of treatment of diabetic complications.
