This thesis preliminarily analyzed the methods for investigating the basic data of the energy-saving reform in residential buildings with the existing heating systems in Tang Shan City by actually summing up the ftmdamental data investigation and evaluation methods that are suitable to the actual situation in China＇s northern areas, the basic data of which were all derived from energy-saving reform in the residential buildings with existing heating systems.
