重庆主城区中心区交通发展对策研究

Research on Traffic Countermeasures in Urban Center Areas of the City Proper of Chongqing

"多中心"城市空间结构是重庆主城赖以健康可持续发展的基础支撑,本文以发展"多中心"城市结构,维系中心区持续繁荣为出发点,针对主城各中心区的相同或不同的交通问题,从城市空间和土地利用、交通发展模式、道路基础设施、交通需求管理、智能交通技术、交通参与者六个方面提出了交通发展的主要对策。

In the city proper of Chongqing, polycentric spatial structure is the fundamental condition for sustainable development. From the starting point of developing polycentric spatial structure and maintaining prosperity in the urban center areas of the city, the main countermeasures to develop the urban center sustainable traffic systems are, therefore, put forward in this article from six aspects as followings： urban space and land utilization, traffic developing pattern, road infrastructure, traffic demand management, intelligent traffic technology and traffic actor. And each of the above aspects is discussed with the city proper＇s traffic problems, similar or different, as necessary background.
