低碳经济背景下国际清洁技术投资趋势与一般适用模型分析 被引量：2

摘要 随着传统能源的日渐枯竭和政府对节能减排的高度重视,清洁技术投资在近两年变得炙手可热。该文介绍了全球和中国清洁技术研发投资的趋势,并借用FEEM-RICEv.3模型分析了清洁技术对于经济与气候的促进与改善作用,提出了加强我国清洁技术投资的若干建议。
