摘要
通过对电厂水冷式油冷却器的传热分析,指出油冷却器的传热阻力在油侧,提高油侧的传热系数是改善和提高油冷却器传热效能的技术关键。拟采用新型的花瓣形翅片管与长孔波纹网板管间支撑物,来改善油冷却器的传热性能,解决因夏天水温高而导致油冷却器无法正常工作的问题。
The heat transfer analysis of water-cooled oil coolers shows that the heat transfer resistance is on the oil side and that the raise of the oil-side heat-transfer coefficient is the key to improve the heat transfer performance of oil coolers. Petal-shaped fin tubes and slotted hole corrugated screen plate will be used to improve the heat transmission property to prevent oil cooler failures caused by the high water temperature in summer.
