摘要
本文提出了测定煤衍生液体(简称煤液体)馏份中酚OH基含量的IR光谱方法。通过研究发现,使用CCl_4稀溶液可以排除可能产生干扰的化合物对OH基测定的影响。测定了煤液体中较有代表性的18种模型酚类化合物的OH基吸收系数,其平均值为7.48×10~3l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-2),标准偏差O.72×10~3,把它作为煤液体样品中酚OH基的吸收系数。实验数据表明,用IR光谱法得到的OH基浓度稍高于从化学法得到的数值。但作为来自两种不同方法的结果来说,仍不失其很好的可比性。对于其它的煤衍生产物,只要样品在CCl_4中的溶解度不太小,本IR法也适用。
An IR method to detemine phenolic OH content in distillate coal liquids has been presented in this paper. It was found that dilute CCl_4 solution can exclude the influence of some interfering compounds on OH group determination. The absorptivity constants of the OH group of 18 model phenolic compounds simulating those in coal liquids were determined. Their average value, 7.48×10~3 l·mol^(-1)·cm^(-2), (with the standard deviation of 0.72×l0~3)was used as the absorptivity constant of the phenolic OH group in coal liquids. The experimemtal data indicate that the OH content determined dy IR method is slightly higher than that determined by chemical method, but the results of these two different methods are well comparable. The IR method can also be used for other coal derived products provided the solubility of the sample in CCl_4 is not too small.
