摘要 分析了ASP模式IT服务外包中核心IT能力对企业掌握自身IT命运的重要意义,对构成核心IT能力模型的九种能力进行了阐释,在此基础上进一步提出了核心IT能力构建模式和路径,并分析了企业构建核心IT能力所面临的挑战。 This paper analyzes significance of core IT capabilities for corporations to master their IT destinies through ASP - based IT service outsourcing process. Nine capabilities composing core IT capabilities model are explained in detail. The form and path of constructing core IT capabilities are proposed. Meanwhile, challenges of constructing core capabilities are analyzed.
