摘要根据组织学习理论、资源观理论、交易费用理论,提出了基于联盟的科技型中小企业成长战略。通过案例分析,基于联盟的成长战略是一种适合我国科技型中小企业发展的战略。 Based on organizational learning theory, resource - based view, and transaction cost theory, an alliance - based enterprise growth strategy for scientific and technological SMEs is proposed. Moreover, through case study, it is confirmed that alliance -based enterprise growth strategy is a suitable strategy for domestic scientific and technological SMEs.
