摘要
目的观察白藜芦醇(Res)对人食管癌细胞Eca-109增殖的影响,并探讨其机制。方法将Eca-109细胞分别与0、10、20、40μmol/L的Res共同培养,采用MTT法测定Res对Eca-109细胞的生长抑制率,采用RT-PCR法检测Eca-109中的VEGF mRNA。结果随着Res浓度增加、作用时间延长,Eca-109细胞生长抑制率增加(P均<0.05),VEGF mRNA表达量降低(P均<0.05)。结论Res可抑制Eca-109细胞增殖,其作用可能与抑制VEGF表达有关。
Objective To observe the effect of resveratrol(Res)on proliferation of esophageal cancer(Eca-109)cells,and explore its mechanism.Methods Eca-109 cells were cultured with different concentrations of Res(0,10,20,40 μmol/L)and different times(24,48,72h).The cells proliferation was detected by MTT method and the expression of the VEGF gene was detected by RT-PCR.Results The inhibited effect of Res was enhanced as the increasing of Res concentration and time.The expression of VEGF gene was also repressed by Res.Conclusion Res can significantly inhibit the proliferation of Eca-109 cells and it may be relative with the repression of the VEGF gene expression.
