摘要
在淬火过程数值模拟基础上 ,进一步提出了回火过程的数值计算模型 ,其中着重考虑了应力松弛现象。将模拟计算结果与实测结果进行了比较 ,结果表明 ,本文所采用的数学模型是可靠的 ,用回火过程的数值模拟软件对回火过程进行初步的近似计算是完全可行的。
On the basis of the numerical simulation of quenching process,this paper further gives a numerical calculation model of tempering process,emphatically take the stress relaxation into account.This Paper also make a comparison between the simulated calculated value and measured value,the result shows that this mathematical model used in this paper is reliable,and this software may be completely used for the initial approximate calculation of tempering process.
