封端型水性聚氨酯的合成及应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚多元醇、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为主要原料,采用NaHSO3封端,合成了一系列脂肪族水性聚氨酯乳液,探讨了影响水性聚氨酯预聚反应、中和反应、封端反应的各个因素,优化了水性聚氨酯的合成工艺,得到了综合性能较好的封端型水性聚氨酯(WPU).产品用于棉抗皱整理,可提高织物回复角,同时提高织物强力. A series of blocked aliphatic waterborne polyurethane emulsions were prepared with isophorone-diisocyanate(IPDI),polyether polyols,dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA) as materials and NaHSO3 as blocking agent.The influencing factors of the pre-polymerization reaction,neutralization reaction and blocking reaction were investigated and the synthetic process conditions were optimized.Then the blocked aliphatic waterborne polyurethane(WPU) with better comprehensive properties were obtained.The WPU was used to anti-crease finishing of cotton fabric.The results showed that the wrinkle recovery angle of the treated fabric were increased and the strength retention were also enhanced.
