摘要
探索用溶胶-凝胶技术将具有"巢栖"效应的环糊精固定在织物上.利用环糊精定位吸附钯离子再原位还原,从而限制活性中心钯的团聚,使得钯以纳米尺寸高度分散,比表面积变大,钯以较高的活性催化化学镀.通过紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis)对钯-β-环糊精(Pd-β-CD)的络合方式进行了研究.利用扫描电镜(SEM)对施镀前后织物表面的形态进行了表征.与传统的前处理比较,β-CD负载钯无需使用SnCl2敏化,从而简化了工艺,并减轻了对环境的污染.同时,环糊精对钯的高分散性,减少了贵金属钯盐的用量,降低了生产成本.
β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) with nest-site was anchored on fabric by sol-gel method.Palladium ion was adsorbed by β-CD and then reduced in-situ,thus limited the conglomeration of the active center Pd.Pd highly dispersed in nano-size and the specific surface area became bigger,therefore Pd could catalyze chemical plating at high activity.uniformly distributed.The mode of complexing β-CD with Pd was characterized by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy.The surface morphology of fabric before and after plating was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Compared with the traditional pretreatment process,β-CD loaded Pd simplified the technique and decreased the pollution to environment because of without the use of SnCl2 sensitization.Meanwhile,the high dispersibility of β-CD to Pd reduced the amount of noble metals and cost of production.
