摘要 大型曲轴的全纤维成形工艺是保证曲轴能够在复杂的应力状态下正常工作的一种有效的工艺方案。由于其成形过程复杂 ,变形过程的应力场和应变场很难用实验方法确定。本文基于 ANSYS工作平台 ,利用开发的三维有限变形弹塑性有限元程序及网格重划功能 ,模拟了曲轴的 RR法和 TR法成形过程 ,分别得到了不同曲轴在不同变形条件下变形过程的应力场和应变场及载荷位移曲线 ,为进一步研究曲轴全纤维成形过程 ,确定合理的成形工艺方案和模具形状及提高成形质量和模具寿命提供了可靠的依据。 The heavy crankshaft full-fibre forming process is a effective process that can ensure the crankshaft normally work in complex stress conditions.Because the forming process is complex,the stress field and strain field of forming process is difficultly defined by experimental method.In this paper,on the basis of ANSYS work table,the crankshaft forming process with RR method and TR method has been simulated by the developed three dimentional finite deformation elastoplasticity finite element program and net redelimitation function,the stress fields,strain fields and load-displacement curves of different crankshaft deformation process under different forming conditions have been obtained separately,the dependable basis has been provided for further researching the crankshaft full-fibre forming process,defining the reasonable forming process plan and die set shape,and improving the forming quality and die set life.
