摘要
从几何光学着手研究了当非定域干涉仪器失调情况下条纹的形状变化,分析了在近轴条件下由于迈克尔逊干涉仪仪器失调对干涉条纹的产生影响。
Interference fringe change of non-localized interferometer was investigated under maladjustment from geometrical optics. Based on paraxial condition, influence on interferometer fringe of Michelson's in- terferometer induced from maladjustment was analyzed.
