摘要
以双丙酮丙烯酰胺作为添加剂,通过调节pH值来有效调控碳酸钙晶体的生长,所得产物用扫描电子显微镜(SEM),红外吸收光谱(FT-IR),X-射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)进行表征。结果表明,双丙酮丙烯酰胺对碳酸钙晶体的形貌具有调控能力。当溶液的pH值调为4.0、9.0时,都得到了六面体的碳酸钙晶体;当pH值为8.0时,则得到了片球状的碳酸钙晶体;当pH值为11.0时,可以得到中空的六边饼状的碳酸钙晶体。
After Diacetone Acrylamide, the growth of calcium carbonate crystals was effectively controlled by changing the pH value. The polymorph and morphology of crystals was characterized by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). We got the following results: when the pH reached 4. 0,9. 0, the morphologies of crystal were rhombohedral; when the pH reached 8. 0, the morphologies of crystal were spherical piece; when the pH reached 11.0, the morphologies of crystal were hollow six-pie.
