摘要
综述了一维无机纳米材料的各种制备方法,如各向异性晶体结构物质的取向生长、基底表面的台阶边缘、利用表面活性剂液相组装介观结构的界面模板及纳米结构模板合成技术等,对这些方法进行了归纳和总结,加以评论和估价,并对一维硫化铋纳米粉体制备方法的发展趋势提出展望。认为模板合成技术由于具有直接、简单、高效等优点,为合成一维无机纳米材料理想的、有前途的方法,有望实现一维无机纳米材料的大规模制备。
This paper reviews and compares various synthetic methods of one-dimensional (1D) inorganic nano-ma- terials, such as preferential growth of anisotropie crystal structures, templating against features on solid sub- strates, templating against self-assembled molecular structures and templating against existing The development direction of the synthetic techniques for 1D nanopowders is also expected. Template synthesis, which has the advantages of directness, simplicity and high efficiency, is considered as a perfect and promising process for the preparation of 1D inorganic nanomaterials on a large scale.
