摘要
农地产权结构包括产权完整性和产权完全性两方面。不同的农地产权结构具有不同的激励和约束效应,进而产生不同的制度绩效。江苏省江都市渌洋湖土地股份合作社之所以取得成功,其原因就在于在保持农地产权完整性的同时不断提高农地产权的完全性。渌洋湖村农地股份合作社农地产权制度创新的实践告诉我们,未来我国农地产权制度创新的方向应该是进一步完善农地产权结构。
Farmland property rights structure includes integrity and completeness. Different farmland property rights structure with different incentive and restrict effects would result in varied institutional performance. The success of farmland share cooperatives of Luyanghu village not only determined by maintaining integrity but also improving completeness of farmland property rights. The enlightenment of innovation of farmland property rights structure of Luyanghu farmland share cooperatives is that the future China farmland property rights structure innovation should further perfect farmland property rights structure.
