本文在 ANSYS软件上经二次开发后 ,对带直边半球形厚壁封头的冲压成形过程进行了二维有限元模拟。分析了坯料与模具之间的摩擦系数、下模形状。

In this paper,the forming process of the spherical thick wall head hot stamping was simulated with ANSYS using 2-dimensional finite elements.The influence of several factors,which include friction coefficients of the billet and dies,the shape of the lower die,the clearance between dies,and the shape of the billet,on the head forming process was well discussed.
