摘要
以核反应堆压力容器 (RPV)大型锻件常用钢为对象 ,研究了应力对贝氏体相变的相变动力学及相变塑性的影响 ,得到定量描述应力诱导相变及相变塑性的模型 。
With the RPV steel,the effect of stress on the phase transformation kinetics and phase transformation plasticity of bainite is studied.The quantitative models are obtained to depict the functional relations between equivalent stress and phase transformation kinetics parameter and phase transformation plasticity parameter,which can be used to optimize heat treatment process of this steel by numerical simulation.
