“和谐组织”对企业员工工作态度影响的实证研究 被引量:7

摘要 经济全球化时代,国家文化如何影响员工工作态度已成为国内外组织行为学理论研究与管理实践的热点课题。该文以之前我国和谐组织八因素模型的研究成果为理论框架,通过验证性因子分析与回归分析,检测了和谐文化如何对我国员工的工作态度产生影响。研究发现,和谐组织对员工的工作满意度、组织承诺与组织公民行为呈现显著的正向影响,对离职意向有显著负向影响。该项研究验证了和谐组织八因素模型的有效性与和谐文化对组织行为的影响力,也支持了Hofstede与Bond(1988)提出的儒家动力论(Confucian Dynamism)文化特征维度,有助于中国企业、也有助于进入中国的跨国企业提升人力资源的管理水平。
