摘要
目的观察制马钱子对佐剂性关节炎(adjuvant arthritis,AA)模型大鼠免疫调节的影响。方法将大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、雷公藤多苷组、制马钱子低剂量组、制马钱子高剂量组,除空白对照组外,每鼠右后趾注射弗氏完全佐剂(CFA)致炎,诱发AA。致炎后,各组分别予相应药物干预,1个月后观察大鼠足趾关节病理变化,并检测血清白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果各药物组均可改善关节滑膜增生和炎性细胞浸润,其中制马钱子高剂量组作用更为明显。模型组血清IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平均显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),而各药物组IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平均有明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),且在调节IL-6、TNF-α水平方面制马钱子两个剂量组均明显优于雷公藤多苷组(P<0.05)。结论制马钱子可以明显降低由CFA引起的细胞因子升高。
Objective To study the effect of semen strychni on immune regulation in adjuvcant arthritis(AA) rats.Methods Rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,tripterygium wilfordii glycoside group,low-dose semen strychni group and high-dose semen strychni group.The AA model in rats was induced by injection of intradermal CFA.After one month of administration,IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α contents in serum were detected and pathological change was observed.Results Synovial membrane hyperplasia and inflammation cells infiltration were improved in all treatment groups,especially in high-dose semen strychni group.The levels of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α in model group were significantly increased while the levels in low-and high-dose semen strychni groups were significantly reduced compared with model group(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Besides,semen strychni was considered a better immunoregulative effect than tripterygium wilfordii glycoside on IL-6 and TNF-α(P〈0.05).Conclusion Semen strychni can reduce the elevated levels of IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α in serum due to CFA.
