摘要
为了解广西地区猪大肠杆菌近年流行的血清型及耐药情况,对从广西10个市(县)50多个猪场采集的发病仔猪直肠拭子、肠内容物、肠系膜淋巴结等样品进行菌株分离、血清型鉴定及耐药性检测。结果表明,从样品中分离出103株致病性大肠杆菌,分属29个血清型,其中主要流行血清型为O138、O21、O101、O18、O9、O85;药敏试验结果表明,大肠杆菌致病菌株对头孢三嗪、氟苯尼考、头孢西丁、先锋霉素V、丁胺卡那等5种抗生素高度敏感,而对青霉素、利福平、阿莫西林、强力霉素、卡那霉素、链霉素、痢特灵等药物的耐药性菌株比例均大于60.0%,说明广西地区猪大肠杆菌致病菌株耐药性强、耐药谱广。
In order to investigate the serotype and antibiotic resistance of E. coli infection in piglets in Guangxi during the recent years, 103 strains of E. coli were isolated from rectal swabs, intestinal contents, mesenteric lymphonodi and other samples of piglets from more than 50 pig farms in 10 cities or counties. The results showed that 103 strains belonged to 29 serotypes, out of which O serotype viz., O138、O21、O101、O18、O9、O85 were predominant. The antibiotic sensitivity test indicated that most E. coil strains were highly sensitive to ceftriaxone, florfenicol, cefoxitin, ancef, and amikacin. More than 60% strains had antibiotic resistance to penicillin, rifampicin, amoxicillin, doxycycline, kanamycin, streptomycin, furazolidone, etc. So the swine pathogenic strain of E. coli in Guangxi had strong and wide antibiotic resistance to different antibiotics.
