关于举办以东盟国家为主要对象的国际农业科技培训的思考

Considerations on ASEAN-oriented international training programs on agricultural science and technology

分析了广西农业科学院举办以东盟国家为主要对象的国际农业科技培训的现状及意义,并指出在举办国际培训过程中存在培训单位各自为政、教材内容陈旧、教师水平有待提高、培训内容安排不够科学合理等问题。最后提出了树立"互教互学、教学相长"的观念;培训做到有的放矢,提高培训效果;选择高水平的授课教师,做好教材编辑工作;采用灵活多样的培训形式和授课方式;加强后勤保障工作;做好培训的后续工作等改进措施。

This paper is an attempt to analyze the current status and significance of ASEAN-oriented international training programs on agricultural science and technology which were hosted by Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences. In the process of hosting international training programs, there existed some problems, viz. independent training units, lagging-behind teaching materials, shortage of qualified teachers and unscientific and unreasonable training contents, etc. In order to improve the training level, some measures have been put forward which included setting up the idea of teaching benefiting teachers as well as students, training them according to the agricultural status of their own countries, hiring qualified teachers, editing standard teaching materials, adopting flexible training modes, strengthening logistics work, stressing the following-up work, etc.
