基于耗散理论的高新技术产业竞争力研究——以中部地区安徽省为例

Research on High and New Tech Industry Competitiveness Based on Theory of Dissipative——Taking Anhui Province in Central China as a Case

高新技术产业带动结构调整和经济持续快速增长已成为全世界经济发展的大趋势和新潮流,是一个国家或地区核心竞争力的重要标志。基于耗散结构理论,创新性地构建了高新技术产业竞争力评价指标体系,通过对我国中部地区之间的比较分析,实证分析了安徽省高新技术产业发展的优势和劣势,并对其发展提出了对策建议。

High and new tech industry bmught about adjustment of economic structure. The rapid and continuous economic growth was a general new trend of the world economic development. It was an important symbol of core contest in a country or region. On the basis of the theory of dissipative structure, this paper innovatively constructed the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of the high and new technology industry of the central region. According to the comparative analysis between the central region, it empirically analyzed the inferiority and the superiority factors. Moreover, it provided countermeasures for high ＆ new technology industry development of Anhui Province.
