摘要
西部大开发实施以来,西部地区经济发展迅速,在产业结构升级和优化上取得了较大成绩。对西部地区1997—2006年的相关工业数据进行了分析,从总量、结构以及比较优势等方面加以把握,归纳出西部地区工业发展的几个显著特点以及成因,提出一些对策思路,主要包括:培育国家政策扶持机制,强化科技投入增长的保障机制,建设具有西部特色和优势的区域创新体系,健全金融体系等。
Since the implementation of westem development, western region＇s rapid economic development, upgrading and optimization of industrial structure made great achievements. This paper analyzed the relevant industry data from the volume and other aspects of the structure and comparative advantage to be sure in the western region from 1997 to 2006, and it might sort out a few western industrial development as well as a distinctive feature of the causes.At last,this paper put forward some countermeasures, including the national policy support mechanisms, such as nurturing and strengthening the growth of science and technology investment protection mechanisms, building features and advantages of a western regional innovation system and a sound financial system.
