摘要 目的:研究新型静电场采样装置采集空气中流感病毒的效率。方法:通过实验室模拟产生病毒气溶胶,使用新型静电场采样器采集并用QPCR方法检测收集液中病毒的浓度,与原液中病毒浓度比较。结果:静电场采样装置对流感病毒的采样效率可以达到26%。结论:新型的静电场器可以用于采集空气中病毒,并可以通过改进提高采集效率。 Objective:To study the sampling efficiency of the electrostatic sampling devices in collecting influenza virus. Methods: The aerosol of influenza virus were collected by electrostatic sampling device , then their concentrations were measured by QPCR. The concentration of sampling by the electrostatic sampler for the aerosol of influenza virus were compared with original liquid. Results: The collective efficiency of electrostatic sampling devices was 26%. Conclusions: Electrostatic sampling devices is effective for collect virus bioaerosol.
