摘要
总线式高档数控系统对提升国家基础制造装备水平具有重要的战略意义,而RS485总线具有传输距离远,传输速率快,总线成本低等优点,将RS485总线运用于总线式高档数控系统弱实时性数据传输具有积极的现实应用价值。文章针对数控系统中控制面板的数据传输研究设计了RS485串行总线接口,提出了RS485总线总体构架,设计了基于PC104接口的串口通信板卡,开发了RTX实时操作系统下的串口通信板卡的读写程序,并就HEIDEHAIN控制面板RS485总线接口给出了测试分析。
Bus-based high-end CNC system has an important strategic significance for upgrading the level of our country ' s manufacturing equipments. RS485 bus has the advantage of long transmitting distance, fast transmitting speed, low bus cost. Therefore, it has active application value to use RS485 bus to transimit lowrealtime data in bus-based high-end CNC system. Targeting at the control board data transimission in CNC system, the paper researched and explored RS485 serial bus interface, presented RS485 bus overall frame, designed the serialport communicating card based on ISA bus, explored the reading and writing program of the serialport communicting card in the RTX real-time operation environment, finally anlyze and test the RS485 bus interface using HEIDEHAIN control board.
