摘要
基于GB/T17421.2标准,本文介绍一种简易、可靠的数控机床精度检验的手工测量方法,在手工测量的基础上,借助英国RENISHAW公司的ML10激光干涉仪,对机床的精度进行自动测量,对两种测量结果进行比较,从可信度与实用性方面进行分析,比较结果说明,这种手工检验方法可靠、实用,为简易、快捷、条件不足的情况下检验机床精度提供了一种便捷方法。目前许多小型企业,尤其是条件不足的企业在实际工作中也采用这种方法。
Basing on the standard GB/T 17421.2-2000(equivalent ISO 230-2 : 1997),writer tries to find out a simple and effective accuracy test method for CNC machining tools. This article introduces the method for CNC accuracy test by using micrometer (one manual test method). The writer has verified the outcome by comparing manual testing with automatic testing(a method by using Renishaw Ltd. laser interferometer-- ML10). The manual testing method for CNC accuracy is credible and usable. It is a rapid and economical method for workshop.
