摘要 汽车门锁结构复杂,装配要求较高,难于实现机械化生产。针对以上问题,在对当前门锁装配技术广泛调研的基础上,提出了一种基于激光识别的汽车门锁嵌入式柔性装配系统(FAS)。首次将柔性装配思想引入到汽车锁片装配生产中,可以根据不同的生产需求装配种类不同的产品,能够充分体现系统的柔性。对汽车门锁结构以及装配工艺进行了相关分析,通过激光识别的方法解决了装配过程中齿形识别与锁片定位问题。以嵌入式微处理器为主控制器,搭建具备丰富控制功能的闭环控制系统,来实现整个装配过程的控制任务。采用构件化思想,使系统具有较强的可扩展性与复用性,以适应不同工况的装配需求。工业现场实验证明:系统定位准确、运行稳定,能够大幅度的提高汽车门锁的装配效率。 Car Latch (CL) has very complex mechanical structure, requiring strict technological process, and it is difficult to realize automatic manufacturing. In allusion to above problem, a kind of embedded flexible assembly system (FAS) for CL based on laser identification (LAI) has been put forward according to wide investigation and analysis for current CL assembly technology. In this paper, FAS idea is firstly brought into CL manufacturing. So kinds of CL can be assembled according to different production demands and flexibility of this system can be fully presented. CL structure and its technological processes are analyzed. By the introduction of LAI, Latch piece location and key outline identification problems are resolved in process of its assembly. Embedded micro process unit (EM PU) acts as a main controller, and closed loop control system which has abundant control functions is implemented to realize control task for the whole assembly process. The idea of modularization is adopted, and that makes this system have strong augmentability and multiplexing ability to meet different assembly demands. A number of industry field experiments proved that this system locates exactly, runs stably, and increases the production efficiency of CL.
