民族院校人才培养模式研究——以湖北民族学院为例

The Mode of Talent Cultivation in Universities for Nationalities:A Case Study of Hubei University for Nationalities

湖北民族学院是中国13所民族院校之一,在20世纪90年代末为顺应自身的变革以及高等教育内外部系统的发展趋势,开始集中探索人才培养模式问题。学校坚持稳健的人才培养模式改革道路,"十一五"期间提出建立创新型人才培养模式。目前,已经按照"厚基础,宽口径,强能力,高素质"的总体要求构建了培养框架。学校需进一步借鉴其他高校的优良改革成果,并且加强实践创新教学平台、通识教育体系以及师资力量等方面建设,构建高质量、特色化的人才培养模式。

As one of the 13 universities for nationalities, Hubei University for Nationalities began to explore the issue of mode of talent cultivation to adapt to her own reform and the trend of internal and external system in higher education at the end of 1990s. Upholding the reform of a steady and healthy mode of talent cultivation, the university has put forward the proposal that an innovative mode of talent cultivation should be established during the 11 th five-year plan of China. Currently the cultivation framework has been constructed according to the general requirement of ＂solid foundation, wide scope of knowledge, strong ability and high quality＂. However, the school needs further references from the excellent reform achievements made by other universities, and strengthens the construction of teachig platform for practice and innovation, general education system and teachers so as to construct a quality and specialized mode of talent cultivation.
